• The barrel is made of K300 carbon fiber pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, precisely plotter-cut and hand-placed into a steel mold. 
• The process is completed in an autoclave, where controlled pressure and temperature ensure perfect curing and a flawless structure. 
• Inside, a high-density closed-cell polyurethane foam completely fills the internal volume of the barrel, while two 5 mm carbon bulkheads seal it, giving it a fully integrated structure that is perfectly watertight, rigid, and optimally balanced.
• ARES CARBO inherits the proven components of the ARES series:
  - Ergonomic handle.
  - Compact and robust muzzle.
  - MIM (Metal Injection Molding) trigger mechanism.
• The elastic system features double circular Salvimar by Primeline Ø14 bands, mounted on a muzzle with separate holes for powerful, fast, and smooth shots.
• Every detail is engineered to deliver maximum reliability, responsiveness, and handling in any spearfishing situation.
