The MANTA reel is the result of the long research and development for that is not only the horizontal reel lovers. It owes its name to the horizontal position as it maneuvers in the water like the majestic manta ray.

Horizontal / Vertical Type double reel and not single mounting drum , controlled release regulator flow resistance for the correct and safe unwinding of coils of line with excellent quality construction, operation, mounting base and drum . The materials the unique innovative assembly method and the long-term well- thought out and elegant design , ensure the longevity of hard and frequent use.The reel exhibits increased resistance to abrasion and pressure with almost zero damage to sharply rapidly unfolds, which makes it suitable for any kind of fishing, even for the most demanding user. It operates to the fullest extent as concerns the size relationship – capacity as the drum is made of perforated plastic and the spindle with custom and innervated, perforated metal hoops , adding minimal weight, volume and size according to their capacity  while simultaneously helping with the drying of the line to avoid rot . The base of the reel is made of marine type stainless steel which is cut out with a Laser CNC and formed into specific molds that can be placed in a horizontal position eliminating the distance of the drum with the gun barrel either vertically if someone prefers this. Also due to the release function not including screws enables the reel to work without any conversion, either clockwise or counterclockwise. The design offers incomparable aesthetics, ease of installation in most weapons and ideal static stiffness with minimum weight. The base assembly is riveted to not protrude which otherwise would cause unmanageable dysfunction and trouble .With two axles spacers placed at strategic points around the drum the decline in base digests the drum thus eliminating the slightest chance of tangling of the cord outside of the drum.

The winding lever is foldable and prevents the creation of centrifugal forces and can be varied depending on the radius of rotation desired by the user. It is made of stainless steel for durability and innervated to hard. When one wishes to install the reel vertically the lever can be used in any position without converting the drum. Alongside is the sole lever that acts as a regulator of flow – resistance . It has a unique patented system that has no threaded screws , o-rings, which with frequent friction and hard manual use tolerances are created and thus render threaded parts as infected over time . The lever is not just a common folding lever pivot but a reliable regulator with excellent performance and longevity. All components are thoroughly and evenly refined without sharp edges . Produced in 4 sizes to cover the most demanding users. The innovative design , assembly and operation of the reel are patent and legally safeguarded .
